On the 19th of September, CDI’s Jasper Klimbie and Verint’s Bas Hiemstra led an impactful workshop titled “Achieving Results from Conversational AI and LLMs” at Frankwatching, the premier Dutch customer experience (CX) event. As pioneers in CX automation, they focused on practical ways organizations can harness the latest advancements in conversational technology to drive real business value. Attendees gained deep insights into the intersection of Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and CX strategies.
Engaging an Active Audience
The workshop was highly interactive, with participants engaging in thought-provoking discussions. Attendees eagerly responded to the hosts' prompts, sharing their own experiences and challenges across a variety of Conversational AI projects. These included scenarios ranging from part-time corporate chatbot development to voice bot fine-tuning and the intricate task of managing hundreds of intents in an NLU (Natural Language Understanding) chatbot.
The diversity of industries represented in the audience highlighted the widespread adoption of Conversational AI, and the dialogue brought to light common struggles faced by teams trying to unlock the full potential of these technologies. This exchange of experiences helped create a sense of community, further enriched by the practical solutions shared by Jasper and Bas.
