Frankwatching Conversational Conference Summary and Verint x CDI Webinar Announcement
On the 19th of September, CDI’s Jasper Klimbie and Verint’s Bas Hiemstra led an impactful workshop titled “Achieving Results from Conversational AI and LLMs” at Frankwatching, the premier Dutch customer experience (CX) event. As pioneers in CX automation, they focused on practical ways organizations can harness the latest advancements in conversational technology to drive real business value. Attendees gained deep insights into the intersection of Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and CX strategies.

This exchange of experiences helped create a sense of community, further enriched by the practical solutions shared by Jasper and Bas.
