This autumn on the 19th of September in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht Verint and the Conversation Design Institute (CDI) will join forces for a 60 min workshop titled "Why Achieving Results with Conversational AI and LLM Isn't a Given" at the leading Dutch event “Conversational Conference”.
